Good learning experience

Everyday its a rush to finish projects. Projects come in a harsh deadline that we must chase. Every developer works with a Project Manager from the start of the project they have, The PM will liars with the client, get the design and spec from the client and pass all that to a Dev, I will look at the spec, time it and if I have questions I will either talk to the PM or the client. The design of the project is exactly what the client wants and that's what I as a dev must produce. I am very out spoken love team work and can make friends with anyone and everyone. I handle stress and pressure in my own way so that it does not affect my coworkers. Currently my biggest issue where am at is the work style, one project one dev, no one to fall back on because everyone has their deadline. Basically everyday is a challenge because you have to lean as you develop and time is not on a pause.

Pros: Where I am at I do not see myself grow personally,
Cons: Long working hours

I want to have a suitable junior salary

Dear: Sir/Madam I am a vibrant professional with good interpersonal and organizational skills. With just under 2 years’ work experience I think I have what it takes to contribute to the development and growth of an organization. My passions include Sports, Digital Marketing, the Digital world in general, Branding, Marketing,Research and Humanities. Although I have no real exposure in some of the sectors mentioned I would love and welcome the opportunity if it were given. I have taken the liberty of advancing my skills in the digital world by studying towards obtaining a National Certificate in Information Technology: Systems Development. Learning ways to communicate effectively in a multi cultural environment

Morning stand ups. Our plan or objective to complete for the day. Constant communication sets up a good relationship with my colleagues. Challenges i faces was communication gaps in terms of BA not responding to our requests where we that will delay our development time.

Pros: Flexi time
Cons: Lack of information to the team do develop a product. Example would be a request to build a house without the plans

I work flexi-time 6hrs per day, I have an excellent working relationship with my colleagues.

Pure survey is small and has limited potential for growth within the company. Staff numbers are limited and therefore staff members take on a lot more work than their capacity.
