I am currently working in a passenger transport industry.

I came from the mining industry when I joined the passenger transport industry. it was a good experience in that I got exposed to a bigger spectrum of people that I had to interact with. I learned the side of how to handle customers and what is good customer relations. I have also learned how to handle different complains and also different people. different people in accordance with their back ground, tradition and cultural differences. The challenges I have encountered is that the company,s labour component is dominated by workers who never had a formal education and therefore mostly fully depended on supervision and monitoring.

Pros: I have enjoyed travelling for free and not having to worry about the increases in transport costs.
Cons: Employee developement is very slow. I have noticed that the company is focusing more on its survival.

Learning platform

It's where I started working, meaning All that I know professionally I learnt from my current employer, What I love the most about this job is accounts reconciliation and creditors. Working is smooth with a very small platform to grow. Relationship with co-workers is good, mostly people who served the company for years.

Pros: Exposure to different personalities
Cons: Chain jobs, Waiting for other colleagues to in order to proceed with my job.
