Extreme presurized environment

Very bussy workshop. Lots of pressure servicing, repairs. Reporting and progress on busses going out. Very comfotrable with all employees and staff. Working together as team to accomplish outputs and quality results.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion

Tipical work day

as a workshop manager I ensure the maintenance scheduling is done in time , planning the days work ensuring the Forman supervise the artisans in complying to the works orders and job cards. I get on well with all staff and they are at ease with asking my assistance in problem solving. I learnt a lot about Diversity in the work place. I enjoy the day to day challenges and the biggest challenge is for parts to be supplied in completing the job on time

Pros: there is future groath opportunity
Cons: military type management style
