I challenge myself with positions which demands commitment and hard work. Overall
The amount of hours and paperwork is not worth the salary every month. Training 10-15 people daily and assessment done weekly. Audits and evaluations done consistently to ensure standards are reached.

Quick to learn and master new software to the full, I exceed expectations in my position
This company is deadline driven, and the focus can change in a second. So you have to be prepared to jump between tasks and then come back to the previous one as priorities change constantly. The thing I enjoyed most of my job was to fit all the electronics quickly and accurately into the 3D assemblies. Working with 3D models comes naturally to me so I enjoyed finding solutions way before the problem shows up. I was working with very friendly production staff and I loved taking their feedback and using that to upgrade the products to ease the assembly processes. It was great working there.
Pros: Great to work as part of a team to find solutions
Cons: Products that are really old can be hard to reverse engineer

Bramley nursery school
I very much enjoyed working for the school. I got on well with the principal and staff. It is a warm and friendly environment condusive to learning and teaching.

There's room for improvement
Working in an urban environment is challenging at times as there's much to do e.g. Tutoring, dispensing, managing stock and also seeing that communication with both patients and staff are good. W.r.t this there is also staying up to date with the pharmaceutical world as a whole and making sure that CPD takes place. Overall it's an interesting field to practice in.
Pros: Seeing what effect your work has. Doing good for others
Cons: Getting to and from work in traffic. Explaining the same things multiple times.

Excellent learning curve
-A typical work day is productive and time consuming, even after hours - Your relationship with co-workers are good and we maintain professionalism - What I have learnt is that you get what you give. If you put in a lot, you’ll gain a lot - What I enjoy most is the salary - The most challenging aspects of the job are havi patience with clients at all times and maintaining a good relationship
