Company has a good name in the Auditing Industry
As a resource planner, I enjoy the interaction of working with different personalities, trainee's who are eagerly wanting to meet their goal aspiration, managers who are eager to transfer their knowledge and directors who treats all staff equally whether if support or ca. What I have learnt is: What you put in is what you get out, therefore if I want to suceed in my current role or any other role I need to be 100% commited on the good and bad days, I also do not allow that other individuals negativity affect my day. The most challenging aspect as a resource planner would be getting staff to work on portfolio they do not like, as well as newly qualifed CA's who think they are better than support staff and feel that they can talk down on you

Willing to learn and grow in company

People find it easy to work with me as part of a team. Integrity, honesty and reliability are some of my values and I always strive to learn more and enrich my own knowledge to help myself doing better with the job at hand. I am very flexible and always willing and keen to go the extra mile to achieve and put more value to the line of business that I am in. I am very diligent in the execution of my work, that’s how I stick to a schedule and meet deadlines and targets.

Ensure that assets are safeguarded Inspect the environment where assets are kept to ensure that assets are kept in a safe place. Check if a tag number assigned to a specific asset matches with the tag number on the asset register. Asset evaluation and correctness check Perform recalculation of depreciation for depreciable assets to give assurance on correctness. Client engagement Engaging with the procurement and financial authority services centre personnel, request invoices and report to the management regarding challenges I come across during the auditing process. Perform reconciliation between monthly expenditure versus invoices and receipt vouchers collected. Reconcile petty cash vouchers against invoices to confirm accuracy of spending.
