Excellent company to learn about Short term Insurance

a Typical work day includes interaction with clients via email and telephone. Handling cancellations of policies, unpaid debit orders, change of bank details. Handling claims. I work with great people who make it feel like a family more than just a work colleague . I have learnt how to work together with a large group of people. I have learnt how to work more in detail with Debit Orders. I enjoy doing my job and the great feeling I get when I did something 100% and gave my all. I especially enjoy positive feedback from clients. The most challenging is not getting personal with clients in the terms of them not having any funds and begging you not to cancel their insurance but you cannot do anything about it, its how it works. It challenging keeping a brave face, but I manage do give it my all.

Excellent Learner, Friendly, Organized, Presentable and Prompt

Organizing letters that had to be sent out to clients. I had a good overall relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to use excel in a prompt and a quick manner . I have learnt how to build good relationships with my colleagues ed what I enjoyed the most was being able to do admin work which is something I always wanted to do as well as being a driver for a company =. The most challenging aspects was being responsible for our general staff which was a challenge for me in the sense that I had to oversee them during the lock down period and I have never done any supervising work before so it was a challenge but I learnt how to cope with being a supervisor towards my colleagues and how to treat them with the upmost respect.

Pros: Willing to work hard to be recognized within a company and aim for promotions
Cons: Working on weekends

It is great to work a the current company and I have learnt a lot of things both in personal and commercial insurance. Warm rapport with co-workers. We however work under pressure all the time due to targets being set without taking due consideration of the team and the work load.I derive a lot of pleasure from doing my job perfectly and right on time.

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Communication problems between management and staff

Very Busy Company

It is a large Company, and every day is very busy. I got along well with my Co-Workers. I learnt new systems and enjoyed the challenge. The most challenging aspect was the amount of work.

Pros: Good Salary
Cons: Long working hours, no medical aid or pension
