I have experience working with approx. 400 employees, handling HR, admin, accounts, marketing and health and safety. I will be able meet all the requirement and job specifications . . I also have 5 years of experience in administration and human resource management. I am involved in payroll capturing and first release , recruitment and dismissals, deductions. I am hardworking, dedicated, and responsible and I want a brighter future for myself. Please give me a chance to be successful. I am a leader by nature and work great with a team, basically always gets the job done. I am eager to learn more and master any skills. I have all the required skill for this position.

Learning and experiencing the work industry

working with different cultures and different people made me understand and know how to handle them and their tempers, and learn to accommodate them, not compromising my work or job. building a relationship with the drivers, operators and other it gave me an opportunity to know an individual their weak and strong points. Working with a large number of people have taught me to build a teamwork and work under pressure. I enjoy coming to work meet people and give smile, mostly I enjoy talking to people that listen and practise what I have preached to them, and that taught me to bring new and innovative topics to them daily, because of their interest in listening to all my safety topics. the most challenge to work with a large number of people is controlling them, and ensure that they practise everything you taught them

Diagnosed faults on bell ADTs

I've learned to go basics on all times of working.it makes it easy to find problem on various projects. I find it very interesting to work with my colleagues since we are different races and cultures. Work gets busy when there is a deadline.i prefer getting job done correctly so I won't have come backs and re works

Innovative Thinking

I am a highly motivated and hard-working person, who is currently doing administration at RADDS Transport. Completed my Diploma in IT in 2012 and my Higher Certificate in Networking Essentials+ in 2013 ( that helps me to perform my work duties easily as an administrator. I relate well with my Co-worker and I can easily adapt to the environments. I have learnt that creating the friendly environment makes works easier and not to feel work load or pressure of the day. I enjoy being given new work or aspects which I'm not familiar with so that I can learn. The most challenging aspect of the job is to work abnormal hours or overtime unexpected.
