Excellent learning opportunity

I feel I'm the type of person who can do anything and everything when I put my mind to it,when I completed my studies I couldn't find my career related job. I ended up applying for a position as a beauty advisor which I knew nothing about when I started but that didn't stop me from excelling, I was way above average, doing better than people who had been there for years. Sadly I had had to leAve for my current job. Initially when I started I worked as a trainee technician in the electrical harnessing department, but there was an incident when the electronics department was overloaded and needed a technical person for help, many of my peers were hasitate because none of us had studied electronics but I too was inexperienced but was happy to try. I ended up permanently staying there working mainly as a testing and fault finding technician but I find myself doing a lot more than just that, where I'm needed I am happy to help be it using highly complex equipment to coating PCBs to doing final inspection.

Multifaceted learning experience and diverse projects. However, flat managent structure.

Diverse project portfolios. However, flat management structure. Long hours encouraged, which is not ideal, and lack of management oversight can lead to project delays and incomplete projects. All engineers are always swamped currently.
