Be ready for month ends because of the busyness in the store, very busy especially on Festive season. Always a team player so that each day's target be reached . Lesson of excellent Customer service Keep the store tidy and clean, merchandise Keep Customer happy as she is always right Happy to see the Customer happy and satisfied and thank at all times Challenges : long standing hours but eventually get used to that.

It was learning curve as it was my 1st job

Rage is good company for a beginner, it's where you learn the basics about customer service and dealing with customers but there is no growth. They prefer external candidates for manager's position.
