Ive learnt a lot and educate myself... Work experience for any company now.
I worked at extremely busy switchboard and dealt with 96 branches over western cape, northern cape and eastern cape. My filing office was huge and every account opened by customers, i had to guard with my life. Highly under security. My job was very exciting, and it was a lot, but i managed alone and to the best of my ability. I also did auditing of accounts that was written off and need to be sent to our lawyers in Cape Town and also our legal dept in Johannesburg at our Head office. I work nice with my colleagues and had a good understanding with them. I was also in charge of Social eventd and photography. I learnt a lot and will use my knowledge well. My days were always hectic and tiring and under lot of pressure, but thats when i work at my best. I always loved what i did. I can be an asset to any company with my knowledge, bubbly personality and my energy.
Pros: To have my own office...
Cons: Salary was too little for the work load

Dedicated worker,I work to the best of my ability
I commenced my career at Rainbow Finance 5years ago as a Debt collector clerk.With my strong background as I completed my business management NQF level 2in 2013.The challenge was exciting and rewarding as I have gained extensive knowledge that can lead me now confidently to work as a international trader at your company. I have worked hands on at Rainbow Finance for many years, I have extensive knowledge of experience in customer service, debtors clerk, legal clerk and much more accounts/administration. Excellent learning curve
Each day starts with a phone call to a client regarding an overdue payment and it continues through the day. Receiving phone calls from the various branches makes me happy because then all the hard work I've put it to get a client to pay his arrears paid off. I love working with people, my friendly over the phone and control my voice when the clients gets upset. What I have learned most is that people struggle financially but they don't pay my salary so I have to keep pushing forward until we receive their instalment. The most challenging aspect is clients who says they'll make a payment but still doesn't after numerous phone calls. My current position has been a tremendous learning curve, I enjoy my work but I would like to move out of a call centre environment into a receptionist/admin position.

Working with inbound and outbound calls
Phoning client's for payments arrangement on defaulted accounts, advising clients about legal actions that might be taken against them if they don't pay on time, confirming all client's information and update if there's new info on system and capture all information , advising clients about different types of insurance , listing all non payments accounts to be handed over by legal clerk , filling, faxing, photocopying .Typical day I had was when I had the most difficult client who refuse to listen,but because I had great relationship with my colleagues,I asked one of them to assist, I learnt to be always calm at most cases, I enjoyed when I reached my target and as a team, the challenging aspect was when I worked accounts that had no contact at all and expected to meet my target.
Pros: There is opportunity for becoming a supervisior or manager
Cons: Sometimes work long hours to reach certein targets for the whole office/branch

I work from 8 to 5. I am a hard working person,I am people oriented I work well with people and I am a good listener. I learn quick and enjoy learning.

Am willing to learn each and every day

Educating customers on products and credit options. Investigating credit issues and analyzing documents. Monitoring daily credit operations. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid foundation and a passion for banking.
