I am currently working as a branch manager at Ralo Cosmetics. I am working with an outstanding team that you turn to miss whenever you off duty. Morning admin it's my first daily priority before starting my day. My duties are to check daily figures, that includes petty cash outs, expenses and daily bankable. I am to report store fixing, communicate with head office crew via maintenance logging and IT queries. What excite me the most is a team that I have build, there's nothing exciting like having minds that heads to the same direction. It was really a challenging chapter where by my branch was not performing, when coming to drafting plans and trying to figure out what keys of expect can come to success. Which is also one major role of causing an incline where figures has dropped. A healthy environment it's what keeps the heart beating.

Working experience
working at my company was giving me the opportunity to learn more about cosmeticsome, customers, teaching how to assist customers, how to help them getting what they are looking for, making customers to leave the shop with a smile on their face. I have learnt to work well with other people, how to make a good team, because woring together as a team is success, I have learnt respect, good communication, to always listen before responding. I was enjoying doing make- overs , assisting customers, making them to feel special and welcome in the store, I was enjoying listening to customers, giving them all my time and attention. the challenge that I was facing was when I didn't reach the target of the day because of quiet.
Pros: woring in this company for me it was good, learning more and getting more knowledge about business

Good mananger, and guuo customer service
I'm makhosi work at ralo morethan 10 as store manager, I'm strong manager, very good to work with ppl.,mi duties, managing staff, doing banking, admin, displays,taking care of store ,and making target, like to work with mi staff enjoying the most work with mi customers

Through this company I've learned a lot, telephone ettique, administration, doing different types on work in short of time, working with friendly people, gaining lot of experience, interacting with different races
