I have learned a lot about working with clients through the phone, it tought me the value of time management and telephone ettiquete.M y work was to make call to customer and remind them to pay their account. And my relationship with my co- workers was great because we have learned from each other and i enjoyed being rewarded for the best collector of the month. The most challenging aspect of the job, was when the clients didnt pay their accounts and refuse to cooperate over the phone.

I have learned that you have to treat everyone at the workplace the same, because we are one body but with different part's. Every employee is important to reach the vision and mission of the company. kfcf
