Excellent learning curve for maintainance and construction

I am highly motivated energetic individual with over 18 years experience in ht and lt .I do daily maintainance on analyser shelters.safeguard repairs.earth visual and elrctrial inspections.

Good place to retire

Was very laid back had busy dads but everything was micro mangoes and didnt give much opertunity to devalop yourself enjoyed working with the client directly but communication was bad from my company side everything was a last minute thing but it helped to work under pressure. They didn not taktake sevice well or at lest my manager .

Pros: Had to devalop a lot of new documents.
Cons: Never felt part of the company due to communication issues.

Learning curve

This company in this day and age still practices racism.It is a one man company which is more financially inclined.Does not care about staff turn around.Does not care about training.Executive structure is all white.There is no additional benefits just salary at the end of the month.They only chase money.Top structure not learned.Falsify documentation and being operating for 21 years.Only two executives with 21 years experience ,one with about 10 years,some with 5 years and rest with less than 5 years.The labour force is about 7 years if not less.

Pros: Customer orientated and money
Cons: Underpaid and understaffed

Excellent learning curve for maintainance and construction

This copany has been operating for over 20 years.It is a 1 man company with no future growth for me as a foreman.I deal with very sensitive customers.
