EXCELLENT SPEAKER

I would like to work in an organization where I can use my experience in salesperson. I aim to become the Manager of salesperson of a well-reputed organisation within 5-10 years. The job I am applying for is a good opportunity for me to work actively and productively in my field of expertise and apply my skills. My aim is to make a difference in my work-place through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive attitude. I am a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills

Unpleasant work place

Working without benefits for over 5 years now. Met amazing people in some of my co-workers though. I have also learnt to appreciate and be grateful for what I have. Also learnt how to deal with some really tough times and obstacles especially in management. The most challenging part is working and giving 100% every day even when one is not appreciated and the effort of 100% you put in is not appreciated by seniors at the company.

Pros: Learning and growing as a person and employee through tough times.
Cons: No benefits, no increases and no recognition for giving 100%

Excellent learning curve

Most challenging and most disliked is working for 4 years without salary increases or bonuses. Excellent learning curve over 5 years . Love my colleagues and our work relationship. A typical work day is liaising with suppliers and building and maintaining profitable healthy business relationships , helping with supervisory role of 10 warehouse staff and drivers as well as assisting with lunchtime relief of small basic switchboard. Learnt how to deal with challenges daily and of a wide range too

Pros: Learning all aspects of business and client business relationships and dealing with employee/ colleague issues at work and personal as relief supervisor.
Cons: Working without recognition, salary increases and bonuses for past 4 years
