I have had an opportunity to hone my skills and expertise.
I currently work day shift starting from 7am to 16pm. My main responsibility is to provide maintenance service to company assets with the aim of optimising the mechanical function of those assets. My interaction with my colleagues is fullfilling in terms of working as a group. Through this interaction I have acquired exellent skill from veteran artisans. That in turn bringse a lot of enjoyment. The most challenging aspect is dealing with constant pump failures due to a not so fully reliabity-centred maintenance system of rand water, which in turn puts a lot of undue pressure on artisans.
Pros: The opportunity for promotion is quite minimal as the company has embarked on gender equality program which puts us men in a backfoot since only women are currently being promoted to higher positions like supervisory ones.
Cons: Long working hours prevail often due to unnecessary machinery failures.

Learn and impart knowledge
My working hours starts from 7:00 to 4:00 until Thursday, Friday its 7:00 to 2:00, I have lots of walk in my office for submission of leave forms and dealing with system queries, work very well with my colleagues and My Manager, I have learned to deal with people and to be patient, to work under pressure as we have lot of pressure during month end, I enjoy doing the presentation in front of people, teaching others about my work, the challenging aspect is to deal with a difficult queries and a difficult client and still have to do my day to day job.

Used to perform daily cashflow Perform rejections for authorization Process petty cash Investing in different banks Keep checking balances on standard bank Reconcile the cashflow Audit department Perform appraisal audit Perform auction audit I had a good professional relationship with my co-workers The experience has been good for a learner but now its getting monotonous i need a challenge When i was working in the medical aid and provident fund office i learned alot and the workload was more which excited me so i had to rotate to treasury department then to auditing.
Pros: it was quite interesting to be in the water sector but in the financial sector. i learned alot.

Visartile person
I have a degree in operation management and chemistry. I'm a team leader for a very hardworking chemist managing day to day output while excellence .I'm a transformation leader who believes in leading by example ,with good ethics moral and keeping in mind the company vision and mission. I take every day as a new opportunity to learn and empower those that are around me .I have leant in my line of job that even the strongest team is as weak as their weakest member, that's is why is believe in always been on same page at all time. Working in a scientific space can be challenging an exciting at the same time in a way that technology and regulation are always changing so one has to always stay on top on their game by constantly research about the new and emerging technology .

Excellent learning
We are working with seniors excellently and hardworking. The working hours were 8 hours daily.we do fualt findings,installations,motor and cable testing.The challenges are working under pressure with live wire and running motors.

Flexibility
Slow work culture, Flexibility to work, people tend to suck up for promotion, learnt a lot on the water purification process. the challenging part of my job is getting people to do their work and keep to deadlines

The dynamic space
The workin environment is dynamic and the culture is great with a vibrant gees that is positive from the topmangeme management encourages self development and busuray is paid in full. I corporate well with my colleagues. I like the the just in time strategy of sourcing
Pros: I have a good relationship with co workers and love the procurement spend analysis I also learned the supply management aspect the culture and gees is vibrant with good organizational values.rewards are great for exceptional performance. Working hours are flexible depending on required output
