Excellent learning curb

Working at Rawson Property has been very rewarding both Financially and from an experience perspective.The Rawson Group works on a foundation of continuous improvement and great customer experiences. I currently have 7 Agents that I am responsible for.On a daily basis I run all the meetings, training, field assignments,operational running of the office and administration for both Sales and Rentals.My average day is dominated by customer interaction on various levels and over seeing that policy and procedures are adhered to. I have an excellent relationship with all my colleagues and I enjoy working with the Public. The most challenging aspects of the job is training new staff.

Pros: Excellent working hours ,no traffic,opportunity to earn commission
Cons: Change in management

Excellent opportunity to learn new skills

Helping walk in clients Answering phones Helping sales agents with admin work Dealing with Sales agents and Attorneys Have attained the ability to work with Difficult co-workers Problem solving I enjoy the interaction with different people, the sales side and the actual admin work. Most Challenging aspects have been to accept that there is no fairness in the industry and what goes for One sales Agent is not acceptable for another.

Pros: Potential to earn extra income in sales
Cons: Long working hours and little opportunity for growth
