Adapting to change

I am thankfull for what the company offered me , I got the opportunity to study while I was working. I also learned how to work in a team and see how two or three is better than one. Now I am a team player who is also at the time a fast learner, there are many changes in the call center environment however I managed to adapt and proceed with the required tasks that is given.

Pros: I thank the company for the opportunity that I got where they accommodate students.
Cons: The shift that I was working was not so pleasing as I did not have time to spend with my family

Excellent learning curve but no growth

My company is a very big company where we learn a lot about finance,service and being computer literate.The biggest hustle is that there is no growth in our company especially if you are not in cape town,that is where our head offices are.We work long tiring hours but with little remuneration.Most of the time we work under pressure but our efforts go unnoticed.

Always learning

When I use to get to work in the morning check my emails. I would then prioritize which ones needs my immediate attention and work on those. I never has any issues with co-workers. For me it was about balancing work and then co-workers. Assisting them was one of the things that I also liked to do as you are never to old to learn something new or different. And working in the call Centre there was always something to learn. Yes there was challenges everyday however ,my motto was take a step back breath and then re-assets the situation.

Pros: working,gain more experience,further my studies
Cons: Long working hours
