Importance of the little things
My workday starts as follow I will start with handing you the stock needed for the tech's for their installations I will double-check that they have the correct invoices. when all techs are gone I double-check all bookings and stock that went out is correct I will then do a forecast to see if any special items are needed and make sure minimum stock are held I will then request stock quotes for what is needed when stock quotes are received I will do PO numbers and order stock as needed when stock arrives I inspect the invoice and match it up with orders I have a great relationship with my coworkers I have learned to organize more and manage my time better I have enjoyed so many things it is hard to pick one the most challenging was to build good relationships with suppliers that are build on good trust

Working with clients and assisting them with their queries and following up on their appointments.
Very racist company, favoritism, unfair treatment The manager doesn't look out or assist her team members when they need. Working with clients daily assisting with their queries and following up on their appointments.deal with incoming and outgoing calls and emails,meeting daily targets and stats.

Great technical experience
In my recent assignment I was responsible for setting up appointments for alarm technicians and activating successful accounts. I worked well in a team of 50 consultants and maintained top sales for four months in succession. This experience has allowed me the opportunity to improve my customer relationship skills and effective technical support. I found the thrill in the challenging industry of security; since a lot of clients are reluctant to provide their residential details, processing a sale successfully was quite fulfilling.

Improved leadership skills
My current assignment has impacted immensely on my ability to interact with co-workers. In just over a year I have moved to being a simple sales consultant to a key team member who assists new agents find their feet, lead corporate excursions for team building purposes, assist the team builder from time to time with call evaluations, to name a few. This has improved my leadership abilities greatly.
