Excellent experience gained

It was basically, so much hands on work, working with machinery software, working with external vendors, axess, skywire to name a few. Had a good relationship with people as I'm very friends and fun to be around, like, the challenges of learning to monitor sites which most give issues, have learned so much in surveillance, and video conferencing Cisco equipment, and had previously started a server from scratch AD, domain controllers it reminded me few aspects.

Pros: Great working inviroment

Dedication and patience

When working for small companies with limited resources pressure often is exerted on the employees thus requiring people who stick together and push through. In the beginning its hard but after a few months of stability the pressure eases a bit. I have learned to be patient and to stay motivated for the end product
