My typical work day entails loading supplier invoices and checking up on my municipal accounts. My colleagues are very kind and friendly, I have a very good relationship with them.

Collaborative, Results driven, Energetic

I am a very collaborative and inclusive leader. I collaborate a lot with my Exco and leadership team to ensure that we are all focusing on the same goal of delivering excellent results. I am a mentor and coach my team such as to ensure that the understand the business priorities. I have learned that listening more and talking less yields better results. I enjoy seeing staff being energized and willing to go an extra mile. The most challenging aspect of my job as an HR Professional is to accept that you cannot make everyone happy but you have to be consistent in applying the rules and regulations.

Pros: Working closely with the Board of directors in giving strategic direction for HR.
Cons: No scope for Growth and company is actually disposing assert which means job cuts.

-Issuing of work request using “initiate” system and distributing them to the relevant assign co-workers. -Providing weekly report to management about the services on the areas that need improvement. -Communication and interpersonal skills: teamwork, cooperation, listening, persuasion and empathy. -Planning, administration and organization: goal setting, prioritizing and profit orientation. -Identify the support and resources available to help the employee make the required improvement.

Work is MANAGED FRENDLY COLLEAGUES 2 MAJOR MALLS COMPANY HAS A GOOD CULTURE. THEY SUBSIDISE FOOD EXCELLENT CEO WHOO IS ALWAYS OPEN TO DEVELPMENT • Assist managers with lease audits, and budgeting • Liaise with Leasing and Facilities Management to ensure that vacant units are filled within required benchmarks • Canvassing & Prospecting of new tenants. • Monitor Retail industry and competitor trends. • Approach existing clients and network for potential clients. • Analyses tenant mix for property and identify potential clients
