Excellent learning curve
Work day being on a professional course each day meeting up with new potential clients convincing each client why the product is a must have. My relationship with co workers is excellent there is always excellent communication. Being a sales marketer I've learned that in the industry you provide your clients with the right type of product. I enjoy being a sales marketer you get to travel a lot and meet new people each day. Most challenging aspects would be closing the deal.

Exellent working experience and handling all illegal miners and recovery of metal liuors and arresting unlawful miners and as well controlling guards daily and monthly rosters and deploying guards in vary posts and as well handling all clients enqueries and as well handling emergencies and after hour call outs

Was given a chance to lead because I was one of the trusted and qualifying employee .
Day to day duties is covering the site opening of the venue being more involved on daily duties of my subordinates such as access control responding on the alarms around the vanue. I make sure I'm always on a good space with them so they can trust me with what ever problem they face while on duty im an easy person to talk to. Those years that I have worked as site supervisor taught me a lot on managing people learning one or two things from them .seeing my team doing well on daily basis increase the confidence and productivity and by doing so job well done at the end of each shift.dealimg with clients it's not easy others are difficult but since I worked with different clients I can say im capable of handling any situation I come across
