Excellent working environment

My typical working day is placing customers orders, handling back order queries , arranging special deliveries and doing customer service. Iv got a very good relationship with my co workers, my team is the best and we always assist each other. I have learnt alot in the company as well as getting to work with different customers and handling pressure. I have learnt to present myself in a good manner not only to the customers but as well as with the people around me. The most challenging point was meeting deadlines of customers orders more especially at the end of the month.

Excellent working curve

My department is fast paced,there are days where we work long hours, we enjoy it because it’s our duty to meet deadlines.My team is a great team to work with, we are very close we hardly have conflicts or misunderstandings. I have learnt a lot at RB, the working environment is healthy and employees are treated well.

Pros: If you work hard you get rewarded for your hard work
Cons: It’s a very busy company

Good learning curve

It is quite challenging to work as boiler supervisor, because you need to deal with different people on daily basis. Dealing with human behavior is quite different from dealing with machine behavior. As operator you deal with how boiler behave under different circumstances but supervision is the combination of the two.

Excellent learning curve

My daily working experience is very demanding and need a high sense of consentration, workimg with the stuff is very highlighting ang helpfully because we do help each other. And the most challenging moment is working with limited budget.
