My view is that any organisation must have one common goal and that is to earn money
My knowledge in different legislation such as, Mine Health and Safety Act, BCEA, Employment Equity, OHS Act, Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. Labour Relations Act, Workplace Skills Act and Levies and experience at the CCMA give me a competitive advantage and therefore I will be an asset for the company in many ways

NEW CHALLENGES
A typical work day starts with morning meeting with safety talks , discussions of work in progress , work done , what need to be invoiced, work that needs to be quoted , possible work lined up. general discussions with staff in connection with love and sorrow. Then its planning of work for the day and the location of the technicians , site visits and customer visits, Satisfaction of the job is when you finish with the job within the quoted time and the customer are very satisfied with the job done. Challenges are new installations , new type of work and customer service. improvement and growth in the company.

Cons: working any hours to get the work done to the customer satifaction
