We are a big company that supplies the whole of South Africa .

Our Company is a big Company with 4 branches which we help also. We have so much work and we are busy through out the day ,calling ,and receiving calls from clients and he sales team. We also process payment and allocate to accounts, we send statements and attend to queries through phone and email. We work as a team and we assist each other to reach targets by allocating ones accounts when they are not in. I have learnt that working as a team makes work easier and we become the best employees through that . There is ore pressure in accounts .Some client pay using wrong reference and the money goes to the wrong accounts and they fight if their account is not paid. Some can just swear for nothing and become unfriendly and we have to be lenient with them. If you miss the target it feels bad and the target has to be reached to show that things are working well and the work is well done .

Pros: There are slim shances of getting promotted because the next position from accounts is a manager ,it needs qualifications which we dont have most times.
Cons: No long hours .

Excellent worker

I do believe that i am a hardworking person and all I need is to be given an opportunity to unleash what I learnt in my academic journey. I work well both in a team or individual and I require less supervision.

Working hard lady who willing to work good to your company.i like working as team work to achieve lots of knowledge from each other and learn more from different cultures around the organisation.always want to learn new things to achieve more
