Under paid

The company is making me work as a labour whyl im qualified with a national diploma in agriculture with 3 years experience in both poultry and crop farming. The salary is very low and im working under people who dont have any qualification of farming and they dont know anything about chickens.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion only if your white
Cons: Long working hours with less salary
