Stand inn...

I would stand in for the manager when he is on leave.I would look after a team of 13 staff members. For me the experience at a school is nice cause you learn a lot from changing light bulbs to building sets for productions, we need to deal wit allot of issues at the school so it is more then just a few words.

Cons: Promotion takes for ever

National Trainer/Project coordinator

I worked as a National Trainer and project coordinator at the Centre for learning (Telkom) and Instructional Designer. I also developed online training courses and in charge of managing trainers on several projects.
