Excellent learning environment

My typical working day consists of acknowledging and responding to clients both internally and externally and to ensure that responses and follow ups are sent out timeously. I have a great working relationship with the staff within our Facilities Team. Any disagreements are always sorted out amicably. Each day I need to ensure that various spread sheets on Excel are kept updated as well as logs open on our MDA system. Filing always needs to be kept up to date and as I am currently a super user on Filesite/ I-Manage, I also need to keep creating folders for the filing of various documents for ease of reference. We are currently busy again with Tenders so this is an exciting challenge for me to ensure that all contractors are kept up to speed with new developments in the tender process and that I follow through with Management to completion accurately, this would also include capturing and creating of spread sheets to record same.

Pros: My position has enabled me to feel confident in that I can carry out any tasks set to me
Cons: Working hours are normal being 8am to 5pm

Excellent platform to learn

A typical day at our offices are filled with multi tasking, trying to fulfill every aspect of our job positions. I tend to keep to myself and also get along with everyone is the office i have learnt a great deal in the maintenance field from my colleagues from just listening to them or asking questions that might be silly to them. i enjoy coming to work because its very challenging i love learning
