Excellent team player

Team player and excellent leader with office and site based staff. My day is generally split between the site and office, measurements on site from labour only or subcontractors to being in the office and formalizing the paperwork for payments and claims. The best part of my job is that every site is different and you always encounter new problems or methods on how to work out the project at hand. Our the last 5 years i have development a great understanding with not only my superiors but junior staff and because i am a team player we have worked together to eliminate each others weaknesses and grow on our strengths.
