Hi, please see attached my cv, i am a hard worker, i am loyal and available immediately. I finished up at reef caterers on the 25 of November. I worked at ludwigrose where i was doing functions such as weddings and babyshowers. I was running the restaurant on a daily basis with the owner overseas. I love food and working with people........... I do have a good relationship with all my co workers, i don't tell them what to do, i rather show them : lets do it like this. And we do it together. I have learnt that to go forward in life you always must respect others and your self and stay humble. What i enjoy the most : is the smile on a customer face, then you know you have succeeded. To satisfy a customer is the most challenging in any food environment.

Learn to face any challenges
Making budget is important and to manage staff is important.training must be done regularly to juniour staff.also change of menu and bring what customers want is good thing to prevent boring menu or same meals all the time.

Excellent management Skills
over The Last few months this company has threatened their employees with their jobs, this company is all about their clients and would rather get a reason to fire their employees than to teach and stand with them. A typical work day on this company has been tears every day as you can never keep all the parties happy. I Have Learned a lot in this company and i am very grateful for the experience i have gained but i need to start a new chapter in my life in a job where i am also happy and do not bring down my health as a result of trying to do everything

Great personal skills in team work
Im a young man with good personality and i have learned much more at reef. I cope so well under pressure where my shift starts at 6am til 6 pm. However the hard work it can be i always remind my self that i can do it . My goal is to assist where they need my help , even if its not beneficial but i gain knowledge from those who incourage me that they can still stand up because of me. That is my strength and im willing to live with positive heart of sharing support and carring.

Excellent company for this industry, gained lots of experience and opportunities in the field of kitchen and unit management , staff development and necessary training in special diets and keeping up with the food trends.
