Passion driven and learning at the go!

As a Community developer, and activist. Working with people has always been my passion. The best days of my life is when I get to interact with people from the basic grass root level. Facilitate and train them to a point where they are independently doing things on their own, that gives me peace in my heart. Through my carrier Ive learned to be patient, to be punctual, and tobe creative! Working on deadlines comes naturally with this kind of work. Ive travelled a lot in and around Gauteng Province. And the whole of South Sfrica in the past three years. It has been a truelly refreshing journey! Looking forward to working with your Organisation.

Pros: I get to meet a lot of diffrent people at a go, and it creates a good platforms for marketing and for networking!
Cons: ...it has a risk of not meeting a good number of trainees, yet it affects your planned schedule!

Excellent learning and growth opportunity

This opportunity was a good learning experience though challenges were a daily. The most challenging part was the management team as we are few and the workload to pull off the project in comparison was almost insurmountable.
