Im looking for an organisation that values integrity, honesty , fairness, Employee growth and food safety. I find it very difficult to work in a toxic environment. My colleagues often say im remarkable when it comes to team work and have a great ability to collaborate or adapt , no matter what the job title. This is because im always mindful of others, the situation and self. Im a multiplier and always avoid the diminisher mindset.

Excellent learning curve managing expectation and different personalities.

Love going to work and doin my job, what gets me a bit down is the importance of work ethics and lack thereof, the over passionate behaviour of certain individuals, and managing conflict and how to handle different personalities, I enjoy curve balls where I have to step out of my comfort zone managing expectation regarding shipments and utilising tools to get things done. What is challenging sometimes if persons deviate from the process and managing how to deal with an individual and set aside personal relationship and business relationship.

Cons: The expectation to do someone's else's job that takes no pride in their work and does not get reprimanded for poor workmanship
