Working at the instutution that give people a ladder to do excell

Towards graduations you work with students that will encourage you to come to work and be with them in those difficult times because when they see you they now that they will be able to make it to the graduation. Working with different PPA'S ( administrators) those who understand the company systems and those who are clue less it is a challenge after all but my door s always open for clarity. I have learn allot when it come to leadership and decision maker. To see all students graduate or pass their exams it makes me feel that i am worth something in the company. Challenges when systems are down and you have a deadline of assignment.

Cons: If you wok in a company, you must have a purpose of serving the people and your attitude
