Pros: There is great opportunity of growth, benefits are top of the range and employèes are regarded as pillar of the company.
Cons: At times decisions are taken without considering the results , also trsnsparency is not being exercised.

Dedicated worker
I am a strong dedicated woman.i work very hard and excel in everything I do also I consider myself as a team player and very focus. I don't need to be reminded of my job as I am career driven also I am a fast learner. I love my job and I do collections on unpaid premiums for policies and also amend clients policies as well. There is nothing I do not like about my job as I love engaging with clients. In my capacity I have learned that you treat every client fairly and with respect as you are the face of the company and customers are kings as they bring business to your company.

Regent Insurance has grown 20% per annum over the past 3 years. Part of this was due to innovations in products and technologies. We have recently been acquired by Hollard

Willing to learn and grow . Hard working as well as fast learner , very focused .
My work days are very hectic , I work better under pressure as well as enjoy having a lot of work to do it keeps me busy . And I learn new things everyday .as when it comes to a job I'm not there to make friends but I am very relaxed person so I get alonef with all people because of my personality , very bubbly friendly loving , kind person .we do a lot of data capturing but also make sure policies that people sign for life covers are covered correctly before putting them onto our data base . The most challenging part of my job is making sure all those policies are done by the end of the day due to to much policies that come through during the week we cannot afford to fall behind .

Well planned and stick to schedule

Dull job
I started through a learnership and got into the organisation where i got a permanent position as a tracking clerk in a call centre department. My job is a routine work where we do the same thing over and over again no challenge involved and no promisory job prospects such as promotion or equiping yourself through studying. I feel like i have lost the plot being stuck in one position and in a career that i never imagine. I got enthusiastic in working with numbers being in a financial industry where i get exposer in my field of study and be aspired to achieve more and further my studies by undertaking b com honours degree.

Eager to learn more
A well matured adult with a flair of hard-work and excellent positive attitude who does not shy away from proving herself as best as could be. My years of experience coupled with the desire to do best has been been able to land me the knowledge that I have thus far. I mostly enjoy working as a group cos that's where your strength is built
