I am hard working individual always keen to learn new things. Personally have ability to work without supervision. I can take positive decisions at all times. I am problem and conflict solver with great attitude. Since joining Reinhardt I have meet deadlines and targets more than twice in 3months,with 15 trucks I was controlling I had 10 trucks over target,3 on target and only 2 were below because of descrepences and breakdowns. I made sure I have a great team understanding healthy environment. I really like Logistics and looking forward to be at a higher level of management soon. I am able to change things around me for better and positive outcome.

Pros: Great opportunity to prove my worth
Cons: When you can't get hold of a drivers while there is important message you need to give .

Long hours no bonus

Get to the office at 6:00am leave the office at 17:00 pm, Working 7 day a week, no week off or weekend off, weekends you have to work from home, Bonusses: R2000 – R5000 Long working hours, Good relationship with go workers, but exceptional relationship with the drivers that is under me. I treat them with the respect they deserves. I do my work well and is always willing to learn and to improve, only thing is my manager does not see the effort I’m putting in.

Pros: Not at Reinhart Transport
Cons: no week offs nor weekends off you work from home on weekends. from 6-17:00

A great chance for personal growth in work performance

not the greatest place to work as smoking is allowed anywhere and is not subjected to smoking areas only. i dont feel the work i do is appreciated as i had to beg for a raise and a permanent position after working for 9 months already. i dont feel management works very well with its emloyees. i enjoy the relationship i have with most of the employees here and with the suppliers as i get along really well with all of them. the most challenging aspect of this job is when i am to make order for and receive things i have no idea of and that is with me being in charge of store so that is most annoying. i think communication is key to any work environment and as long as there is that then i can succeed anywhere

Cons: a pain to get called out late at night
