Excellent understanding of product with ability to sell up or down
A work day starts with a sales plan for the week which is signed off by the CEO / Sales director, this includes areas for farming of our product as well as market segmentation for the week. I have close relations with my co-workers as I am constantly in communication with them regarding mandates and advertising monies which are required for the business. I also bring mandates via cold calling to the team as other members don't understand how to hunt for new business. I have learn't that in order to succeed, one needs to push through the difficult times even when you can't see the end in sight. I enjoy educating people with our way of selling and teaching them about our platform. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting in the advertising monies from clients especially when the client isn't directly dealing with me.
Pros: great opportunity to earn large sums of money monthly
Cons: constant travelling to the same client for the same reasons because the reps haven't correctly informed the client of the terms

Excellent understanding of product with ability to sell up or down
With 20 years of sales experience from entry level positions to director level. I have managed to accrue a wealth of knowledge when it comes to establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships. After years of experiance i have simple and effective ways of over coming obstacles in order to reach my goals. Cold calling is a daily habit of successful sales .

Great growth and earning capabilities
A typical day starts with cold calling from 9am - 12pm. During which we set up meetings for the week. I am consistently helping the weaker members of my team to get appointments and achieve their sales targets month to month. I have learnt how the property industry works, the ins and outs, how to bring them in at the right price. I enjoy educating the customer and helping the customer to manage their expectations.The most challenging part of the job is making clients understand that the asking price is not the real offering price.
Pros: the more properties i bring the more i earn
Cons: whilst the market is at an all time low, we require more people with cash as opposed to bank guarantees

Excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge within property industry
9am - 11am cold calling, setting up appointments for mandates. i make sure that the team know where they are going . i have a close relationship with co-workers as we are all per suing the same goal. I have gained extra knowledge about the property industry selling and auction. i enjoy the bidding frenzy that happens at auction. Most challenging aspect is obtaining advertising monies from customers.
Pros: opportunity exists to open my own franchise
Cons: buying market is subject to economic strengths and weaknesses which in turn leads to less buyers
