Exposure to a new culture

Good relationship with co-workers. I am new to the printing industry. The job that we do is a new technical challenge. I have learned a lot about printing since I started at this company.

Pros: learning how to operate the machine

Factory work

Working hours are long 6-6 everyday no day off only on holidays. Typical work day no all day on your feet packaging and only 30 minute lunch break. People working for this company do not intereact with everyone. What I have learnt is factory work is hard work especially printing there is no rest but your hard does not pay you off but only the company. I enjoy getting refreshments everyday, most challenging espact is working with the managers on the floor

Cons: long working hours
