Many ways to learn

Days are not the same some days are bad days and some days are normally days. I have good relationships with my management and my colleagues. I have so many things in travel and office toxicity but we get along. I enjoy most to be away from home to more things. The most challenging aspects of the job when the system are not working and travellers are calling for their documents they want to leave specially on fridays. Back up system must introduce so that the travelers must not get it wrong.. when you explain until you getting annoyed or they get annoyed. While you not doing it in purpose. But you get use to it. Company must get a way of doing or finding other ways to make life easy. Co worker it is problem when back up system not put in place. For any reason when there we fight like cats and dogs.

Pros: Depend how lucky you get along with management
Cons: Long working hours when system decided to strike that day then I have to suffer

A typical work day : Getting request and sending them out in time and still need to finish your admin work. Your relationship with co-workers : Great , we all get along at times. What you have learnt : That you cant always please everyone. What you enjoy most : Getting a positive feedback from the client. The most challenging aspects of the job : Not getting what the client wants.

Cons: Long and Weekend hours

Excellent team player

I'm in the accounts field over 20years. I'm a dedicated. hard worker and work well in a team.I will always strive for the best and go the extra mile. My role as a senior credit controller is to I sure that my ageing is on current and that I meet my monthly requirements to assist customers with a smile

Great culture but growth isolated to Gauteng based staff

work days are determined on what role you have in the company, co workers are generally pleasant, I have grown personally by learning different roles and being given the opportunity to study.

Pros: stability and individual growth offered via busary opportunities
Cons: career growth is limited

It has been a great journey so far I have grown a l ot.

Working for Rennies Travel is an absolute pleasure it has been good 6 amazing years. Clients value and appreciate me a lot as I am an asset to the company. The only thing that would want me to leave is to grow otherwise each and every organization has it's own problems ,

I have been working at Rennies travel standard bank full time for 2 years

Working at rennies travel taught me alot of things , working with different people from different backgrounds , i have leartnt to accommodate different personalities, how to communicate with clients, working witj different races and working under alot of pressure.

Pros: Clear career and skills development
Cons: Longer working hours
