Answering calls Transfering calls, so working on switch board attending of meetings very professional i enjoy the fact thats its a travel/ accomopdation agency That here are to many woman working under one roof

Pros: Get to learn about booking accomodation online , flights and cars.
Cons: Most Establishments really mess around with people

- answerring calls -tranfering calls - customer service -Very professional and respectable - How booking for accomodation goes through a process - how to assit clients when they call in for certain quries -assisting the client as far i i can and able to - the fact that here are clicks which i dont like, so i keep it professional and dop what im paid for

I’m looking for a job that really matches my qualifications and skills.

Reception , Computer skills (All Microsoft Programs), Admin,Collection Phone Calls to Clients, Customer Service, Answering telephone, Customer appointment bookings, Liaising with Clients telephonically and administration,Assisting clients with queries ,Update and Scanning of new data.

Great Learning Curve

Working at ResAfrica was really enjoyable, being all ladies it was a friendly/great atmosphere. I got along well with the ladies in my surroundings. I learnt how respond to someone with a negative feedback and I enjoyed listening to the different stories I heard every Monday morning from clients that just got back from holiday as well as tea/lunch breaks with my colleagues at the cafeteria. Most challenging aspects was pronunciation of certain Guest Lodges or Hotels and dealing with clients that has a different accent(trying to make out what they are saying).

Pros: More information on different establishments
Cons: Breaks are to short
