Excellent learning curve
I started of as a vehicle expediter at the head office in centurion which involved dealing with truck drivers and customers over the phone and was moved to site where i was dealing with the client and truck driver's on a face to face basis, this meant my responsibilities increased from just dealing with the truck drivers. My responsibilities also involved making any changes on the initial plan if there are any re-deliveries or if there is a driver that does not pitch for work. I am currently based at prowalco where my duties within the company involve sending calls to technicians and making sure that the technician fix all the pumps at the areas that I have sent to them, I also take down information on the spares that the technician is missing for a job to be completed. My duties also involve planning for any emergencies daily that are outside the base plan that is sent daily and rolling over jobs that were not done on the previous day.
Pros: Growth is certain
Cons: There is growth but the salary does not change

Trust within a team
I have learned to delegate or share my tasks with my team memebers to up skill, that helps with trust within the team and work getting done in my abscence as a Team lead. A typical work day will be having to look after 30 trucks and having to do my duties at the same time when one of my team memeber is abscent. I have learned to trust people with my roles , that if i teach them they will do it the best that i have tought them. I enjoy couching my team memebrs. outside of work i enjoy Music , hiking and Food and picnics The most challenging aspect of my job isworking with team memebers that are not willing to learn, people who are so negative and fail to understand the vision and have no purpose in thetr roles.
Pros: Growth is essential in my career live.

Good work-life balance
Flexible working hours, friendly and dedicated colleagues, good work-life balance. Typical day starts at 08:00 and ends at 16:30, however, one is allowed to tailor their working hours to suit them. Usually a tense and very serious environment. A good learning place.

Great challenging environment that allows one to continue to growing
Had been a great company to work for, challenged me to be the person I am today, which I will forever be grateful for. I have always wanted to work for a corporate company and be a part of a winning team while everyday gives me the opportunity to learn new things.

Exellent in leaning
At resolve was working on excel prepering pread sheet ,doing planners templates and also ascalate every essue to the supervisor. I use to send update every two hours to the supervisor and at depot to ensure the deliveries are on time and tell them how many deliveries have done.the relationship with my co-workers was very good, i enjoyed being at resolve just that the contract end and i was will to continue with my work. The most challages i face was Afrikaans some of the drive speak Afrikaans and unfortunately i didn't studying Afrikaans at school.

Understanding the importance of time keeping
In this FMCG company I have learnt the importance of meeting deliveries as it is a financial inconvenience to the customer who is out of stock and awaiting delivery as it means the customer will not make a sale for the day, bottom line I would say meeting deadline and maintaining proficiency in your daily activities.
Pros: I work well with other people which makes the job easier as you learn new things from different people.
Cons: Working on public holidays.

I am a hard worker
we work in team, i have learnt a lot on the transport industry, i work 9 hours shift work 07:00 to 16:30 and 09:00 to 18:30. shift rotate on weekly basis.

Cons: we do work double shift to cover for team members in their absence

Great people
Great people, but the culture is becoming more aligned to a large corporate as opposed to the smaller consulting houses it was made up of. The continuous restructuring makes it challenging to solidify ones role.

Learned to work under pressure.
I have good relationship with my co-workers I learnt lot with SAP I enjoyed most when we in the team communicating and geting a work done The most challenging aspects of the job is making a relationship

Great learning experience
