it is great company in terms of self exposure , i become more articulate in related to financial team , my computer skill specifically in excel it improve more , relationship with my co workers was good ,i have learned to handle difficult issues an to control pressure .I personally always focusing on organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements. Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis. Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly, as well as to provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work. Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording employee. Thank you in advance for your optimistic response

A good working environment

Excellent staff, excellent management, Good working conditions also learning opportunities, got along well with my co workers even if sometimes you will find some people who would be jealous of what you are doing but always found a way of working with them and always have been learning from both good ones and even bad ones to better myself.

Pros: There is opportunities for promotions.
Cons: I have been working long hours since I started working there e.g 12 hours a day.

The company is still growing. Prospects of growing are there. The work load is manageable if one is able to manage their time and prioritize. The customers are students and as thus patience is needed. I enjoy the interactions with the different students, external sponsors . I have learnt a lot about higher education institutions and their processes.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn how higher education institutions work
Cons: long hours, students require a lot of patience.
