Excellent learning curve

The company is great for entry and could be great for career growth provided that the low staff members given opportunities. The managers and supervisors need to ensure ethical leadership and live the company values.

There was no team work

Working hours without overtime is 9 hours which is fine Most workers where older than me but others were willing to teach me, but others undermine me. Position I learned and like was to operate the new HOT MELT conveyor belt,but most of the time I was bucketing mattress and placing them on the conveyor belt Operating the HOT MELT MICHINE was nice Lifting heavy mattress for the whole day and placing them on top of the conveyor belt k

Cons: There is a lot of work and overtime
