Good day I am looking for job as I completed my diploma in business administration. I am currently working for company called Retail ability as a store Admin manager.

Pros: I learn a lot as I am a store Admin manager because I manage my team so dat we will reach the goals of the organization.
Cons: Long working hours

Hardworking

Im a hardworking person willing to learn can work under pressure, time keeping, I know what is expected of me when I'm at work, I always meet the deadlines for my taskings, Relationships with my core workers is very good, because even when I'm off they call me if they need my assistance, what I enjoy the most is that when the staff is happy the process at wort are easy and at the end of the day work is done, most challenging is short staffing because at the end of the day as a manager I must see that all the work is done before close of business, a typical day is when you planned your day at work then something dusturbing you, then what ever you have planned won't go the way, you must with what ever comes unexpected

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: I can work long hours
