Helping customers with filling out forms for credit application,doing follow ups,issuing credit cards and replacing cards.Helping elder customers to understand what its meant by the term credit.Dealing with difficult customers almost everyday....but managing to stay calm at all costs.

Proactive,self motivated,team leader,initiator

I'm self disciplined,good listener,team worker,fast learner,self motivated good customer service. I'm willing to start as soon as possible.Im one person who is reliable the years or long service I have with RCS of 9years says it all.
