Great opportunity to turn things around

looking after health and safety systems in the company and managing 8 safety officer.Attending meeting with management.Site visit and conducting audits.Relationship with management and other employees excellent.I love working with people and enjoy going to site and engaging with ground level employees.I enjoy problem solving when employees are challenge especially on site.

I am retrenched

I had to plan projects, deal with day to day HR issues. The budget control was my responsabilaty. I had to deliver projects on time, within budget within Quality specs and in Safety specs.

Pros: Satisfaction to be sucsessfull
Cons: Long working hours
