Leaving the comfort zone.

working at Retrolex it is a good experince, im surrounded by a good team that is results driven and a team that does not take no for an answer. retrolex gave me a light of how the real world works and how to deal with real life situations, i can confidently say that i know how to execute marketing campaigns and planning for events. i have confidence when working either as a team or individually because retrolex impowered me to be indipendent and take responsibilities for my actions. the senior management of retrolex is always there to monitor my perfomance and ensure that i achieve my objectives. i believe that the experince i gained here is prerequisite for my next job. Retrolex is operating at a very fast environment this have helped to know how to work fast and accuratly even under pressure.

Pros: exposure in to marketing
Cons: long working hours with no overtime money.

Excellent learning plartform and enhances sales skills

Everyday is a new6day and you meet new people with different problems. Co-workers are proffesional and determined. J have learnt that prople have different problems and as a promoter you need to explore all the problems. I enjiy meeting new people with different views. Challenges are tgose of people who don't understand eaasily a d require more clearer information.

Pros: Good opportunity for promotions
Cons: Working expected extra hours

Excellent learning curve

at retrolex we normally come up with new concepts to propose to clients, do qoutations, write reports and business development. my relationship with co workers is good i also learning alot from them. i have learnt how to write proper reports and business development. what i enjoy the most is doing business development for retrolex. the most challenging aspect of this job was is to do other job that is beyond my job discreption like doing financial managment of the business but is something that im working on.

Pros: great opportunity for work experience
Cons: unfair working hours
