I'm an excellent leader and know how to make sales and drive turnover, employees is very important to me cause they are the back bone of any company... treat them right and you will succeed. through the years ive learned that I can do all things if I just work hard , have a great team behind me and lead by example.

Great place. Learnt project management

The company manages more than 465 locally and about 65 stores internationally. I.E. Southern Africa. Partnership with Engen convenience business and Game stores. Has food manufacturing factories in Cape Town and Durban. The company owns the Corner Bakery franchise and Equatorial company as well. In Africa it has stores in the these countries - Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, in the French Islands.

Pros: Great place to learn a lot
Cons: International travelling

I have be trained lot around franchising

Love working with people Work towards target's Have matainted a strong relationship with buyer and order takers axe well as marketing department At my current post I have thought me lots around franchising Dealing with customers Make sure franchise is kept happy
