Learn a lot when dealing with people

collection is interesting when working a team with other co-workers. i enjoy the most when reaching my monthly target as i will get my monthly bonus. i do get challenges when i get most of the debtors been difficult but i make a point that at the end of the day i do get good results from them.

Pros: have an opportunity to get promotion
Cons: working hours are too good

Experience in collection

Hard worker having good communication skills computer skills and telephone skills with 11 years experience as a debt collector I'm jolly loving people and enjoy working with them won't mind working under pressure

Communication skills and negotiation skills

Am working in a big company with a good environment ,And I enjoy working with my colleagues because we learning from one another ,The thing that I enjoy about my work it when I educate the debtors about their credit profile and make them to settle their debt to be debt free and also making money to the company by making paying arrangements,the challenges about my job is when a debt make an arrangement a never fullfil their promise .

Pros: To grow in the company not doing same thing all the time

Wow

My day at work start at 6:30 preparing reports and outcomes of previous days campaigns . I am managing 42 consultants, we believe in team work and achieving our goal and set targets heading towards one goal. I believe in discipline and respect towards everyone and anyone , With my team we will reach set standards by motivational games, and games and by learning who our team members are I believe in coaching, training and enhancing their knowledge regarding the book they work on. Because I have such a love working with people, reaching set standards and producing a positive and successful environment is not just a job but a passion

Excellent learning curve

Revco is a debt collection company. I am greatful for the opportunity I was given. I have been with the company for 8 months and have already been given so much opportunities as a Standard Bank Collector, Fnb Collector and an assistant Query clerk. I enjoy what I do but would love a better opportunity to learn more in other industries. The most challenging thing is I am not earning any commision for all the payments I collect it's a bit demotivating.
