I am a holder of a Masters in Philosophy in Demography from University of Cape Town, Centre of Actuarial Research and an Honours Degree in Statistics from University of Zimbabwe. I have experience in Big data, data mining in Finance (FNB, Standard bank, Capitec and ABSA) and Telecommunications (MTN, Vodacom, Cell C). In the past few years I have worked on a diversity of research which includes Telecommunication sector FCMG sector, Finance sector, Employee, Customer Loyalty and Insurance Industry. I was a Research Analyst for our clients which include Momentum, Metropolitan, Hollard, Liberty, Old mutual. I have vast experience in statistical modelling, customer experience measurements which include.
