Excellent learning environment

A typical day at the Hurley Store... Includes preparing the store to be presentable and customer friendly environment, A good sense of clean, fresh atomsphere which includes staff cleaning , wiping down mirrors and windows,merchandising of stock, moping, dusting, tidying stock, have good music playing giving the customers a content, relaxed feeling to spend money without thinking. To provide the most customer friendly service which he/she should feel be at home. Interaction which makes them feel comfortable on a semi-personal level. The most challenging and enjoyable aspect about my job is driving my salesmanship to earn a higher salary in future or a promotion to managerial position. My commission is the enjoyable aspect of this field of work, challenging aspects would be difficult Cliental, because of being in this industry for so long you learn to adapt to conflict. Doing the same thing over on a day to day basis becomes a bit monotonous.

Its been a great learning experience.

Its been really awesome working with a passionate team,and with customers. Instore training daily about products and features..coaching my staff on new products. Admin ,banking ,cash-up ,opening and closing of store. Maintaining the brands image and stockloss. My relationship with co workers are good and we respect each other. I have learnt Alot exciting features of new products . I enjoy interacting,welcoming and introducing new customers to our brand. My most challenging aspects is reaching our targets. I am target driven and i do my best to ensure we meet all requirements.

Cons: Hours are long but i always go the extra mile
