Learning experience but very concerned for job stability
I started in Financial - Employee Benefits industry with excellent administration skills, I then was PA to CEO of three companies, from this point I have really enjoyed and have a passion in running tasks , organizing and arranging meetings, flights, taking of minutes, I am a very organised planned individual I deal in a professional manner with clients as well as staff, in my Management experience I find planning processes very comfortable in ensuring workflow. I would be well suited to secretarial PA positions; I handle pressure very well and enjoy a challenge, I've a positive attitude, always go in with a smile and meet all deadlines accurately, I have a good accounting understanding, have a quick books certificate as well as currently working on Sage Pastel, i always uplift and bring those around me into a positive way forward. I am currently Secretariat to two Associations
Pros: flexi hours
Cons: travel alot and job stability with high staff turnover

Contract Position - Non Profit Organisation
I am extremely hardworking, dedicated, I like a happy working environment, where everyone is working as a team, a company that will look after staff as dedicated as the staff will be, performance based bonus always works as a positive, a positive working environment, I work well under pressure and I have learnt from working in a big corporate environment to working in smaller company so I adjust very well. I only have 3 co workers and we all here to do our jobs and basically that's where its stays, I find I enjoy a more social happy environment, my job security is extremely important to me.
Pros: no opportunity for any growth or increases
Cons: work load increases weekly and pressures due to being a non profit organisation, late working hours, unexpected travel .
